It’s been almost a month since Make Way was released, and Sunday marks not only Mother’s Day, but Duckling Day! What’s Duckling Day, you ask? Well, it’s a Mother’s Day tradition, where children and families parade through Boston Public Garden with the procession ending near Nancy Schön’s Make for for Ducklings sculpture (which is in itself its own little parade, headed up by the wonderful Mrs. Mallard). The annual event features a read-aloud of Robert McCloskey’s May Way for Ducklings, along with other family-friendly entertainment.
